2. Determine how much you want Owner Builder Custom Homes to provide in the construction of your home.
3. Owner Builder Custom Homes can refer you to lenders who specialize in construction financing for owners who act as their own General Contractor.
4. From your sketches, our architectural department develops preliminary plans.
5. Upon approval of preliminary plans, our architectural staff completes the final plans for your review.
6. You take the final plans to your local building department for approval and building permits.
7. As soon as you have the permit, subcontract the excavation and foundation and call the utility company for temporary power.
8. Call us as soon as your foundation is complete and backfilled and the power is installed.
9. We will then arrange the delivery of your materials directly to your job site, freight prepaid.
10. Our experienced crews begin construction of your new home.

Custom Materials Delivered to Your Home Site

Materials are custom cut on your job site. Owner Builder Custom Homes is not a pre-cut, pre-fab or panelized builder. Your building materials will be shipped directly to your job site on our trucks from our Denver facility.

Owner Builder Custom Homes offers you the option of having your exterior finish materials delivered to the jobsite. These materials consist of siding, soffit and fascia. We also offer optional exterior labor for the installation of siding, soffit and fascia.
